Intel® Teach is a worldwide effort to help both In-service and Pre-Service teachers integrate technology into instruction to develop students higher-level thinking skills and enhance learning. Participating teachers receive extensive instruction and resources to promote effective technology use in the classroom.

The Program also promotes inquiry-based learning and the development of 21st century skills so that students will increase their learning and achievement. The goal of the Intel® Teach Program in the Philippines is to foster the building of communities of learning (CoL) defined as effective networks of productive exchange among a broad range of education stakeholders, including teachers, learners, education policymakers and managers, subject matter experts and education researchers, technicians and technologists, parents, government, the private sector, and civil society groups, in support of technology integration and within the framework of providing quality education for all.

Intel® Teach Philippines Starts its Master Trainer Trainings for SY 2008-2009

This year, Intel Teach Philippines has decided to extend Master Trainers’ Trainings to community-led training initiatives.In cooperation with their respective Local Government Units and DepEd Division Offices, a total of 98 elementary school teachers and 34 high school teachers from various schools in Cavite, Marikina City, and Naga City completed the Getting Started and Skills for Success Master Trainers’ Trainings for the month of April.
