Intel® Teach News

A total of 106 elementary school teachers, 60 high school teachers, and 17 pre-service faculty have successfully completed and rounded up SY 2008-2009’s batch of new Intel® Teach Master Trainers.

Teachers who have completed the course come from various schools in Marikina City, Cavite, Laguna, Camarines Sur, and Camarines Norte.

Committed to advancing education, the Program has trained a total of 315 MTs for this year. Intel Teach’s approach to training is 100% geared toward instructor and student success. Teachers exit the training confident and fully prepared to deliver the Program curriculum in their schools. They can they start helping their students acquire critical technology skills right away.

Lourdes Guyong, a Master Trainer from Nangka High School said, “The most valuable thing about the training was that we were given so many inputs on the importance of technology in enhancing the teaching-learning process. The training taught me to be more creative and innovative. I was able to realize how effective my lessons would be if I integrate technology in my lessons. Students for sure will be more focused and resource-oriented.”
